E-commerce Operation

Your store, with the whole operation in one place.

Shopify and Bling connected, WhatsApp via Meta's official API, a CRM with purchase and support history, lists by behavior, campaigns, cart recovery, post-sale and repurchase — with your team handling support, and the intelligence helping or executing where you decide.

Works with what you already use.

Integration is a dealbreaker criterion. Available means available; what's on the radar, we tell you before you ask.

Shopify

  • You provide the store domain and authorize. From there, customers, orders, abandoned carts and pending payments come in on their own.
  • Orders and carts become deals in the E-commerce funnel. The customer is recognized by CPF, without duplicating records.
  • The sale's origin (UTM) is recorded — the analytics show what came from traffic, recovery, post-sale or support.

Bling ERP

  • Tracking code, carrier and order invoice come from Bling and appear on the customer's record.
  • Catalog and stock on hand during support — the team and the agent see the same thing.
  • Tracking notice to the customer with a link that leads to the carrier's correct site.

WhatsApp via Meta's official API

  • Multiple support reps on the same number. Meta-approved templates for campaigns and sequences, created inside the platform.
  • Coexistence: the API works alongside the app — the number stays on the phone, and the history can be imported.
  • Within the official rules: opt-out, pace limits, time window, spacing between messages.

On the radar, not yet available: Nuvemshop, WooCommerce, VTEX, Tray, Yampi, CartPanda, Mercado Livre, Shopee, Amazon, Tiny (Olist), Melhor Envio, Correios, Jadlog, email marketing. Instagram Direct, Telegram and SMS already handle support in the same inbox.

The database, centralized. The history, whole.

On the same record: who they are, what they bought, what they still have at home, who handled them — person, team or AI — and through which channel.

  • Purchase history with items, amount, status, tracking, delivery address and the order timeline.
  • Support history stamped with who replied and when — nothing is lost between the team and the agent.
  • Estimated stock at home, calculated from purchases and the duration of each product — the same calculation the AI uses for repurchase.
  • Automatic tags by stage, idle time and origin. E-commerce funnel: cart → in recovery → paid → delivered.
  • Import your current database via spreadsheet, matching by phone and email. Export whenever you want.

You think in groups. The platform organizes — and takes action.

Every group a store owner names already has, in the platform, a list that finds it and a strategy or process ready for it.

  1. Best customers

Lists by real purchase behavior: amount spent, number of paid orders, products.

Loyalty strategies — VIP, larger kit or subscription, referral — and campaigns just for them.

  2. Inactive

"No purchase in X days", with the list regenerated: whoever bought drops out, whoever completes the window enters.

Spaced win-back by the post-sale agent; segmented broadcast from the official number.

  3. First purchase

    First order paid.

Post-delivery, usage guidance 4 days after tracking, second-purchase strategy.

  4. Recurring

Order history and the estimated stock each customer still has at home.

Restock by product, by estimated consumption — on the day the product runs out, not on day 30.

  5. Abandoned cart

Store event: the cart becomes a deal in the funnel.

Recovery sequence with 50 angles; the agent takes over if the customer replies.

  6. Payment not completed

    Pix or boleto that expired.

Pending payment recovery — and the scoreboard counts only when the order is paid.

The lists come from orders, not from registration: only the order knows who actually paid. Whoever asked not to receive is left out of everything, automatically.

Campaigns for each group, within WhatsApp's rules.

  • Outside the 24-hour window, the first message is always a Meta-approved template. The template is created in the platform — with AI's help — and submitted for approval from the screen; the status shows there: waiting, live, rejected.
  • Broadcast with up to 5 templates in rotation, pace from 1 to 60 per minute, scheduling and a second pass for whoever didn't receive. Buttons in the template with an automatic reply on tap.
  • Send sequence with the toggle "don't send to whoever buys": the offer doesn't repeat for whoever already paid.
  • Whoever replies lands in a conversation — with the channel's agent, or directly with your team, which can take over any conversation on the spot.
  • Trigger-based automations: contact created, stage moved, tag applied, message received, Instagram comment → message, template, stage, tag, task, owner.
  • Order notices — "payment confirmed", "tracking code generated" — go out instantly, with no agent and no one typing.

Per-person protections apply to everything combined: time window, daily limit, minimum spacing between automatic messages, an open conversation in the last 24h delays the send. And the "Do not disturb" list is respected by campaigns, sequences and agents.

Idle cart and pending payment: the sale that was slipping away can come back.

  1. The abandoned cart becomes a deal in the funnel. The system waits the configured time (default: 1 hour) and respects the number's time window and daily limit.
  2. A Meta-approved template goes out, with the customer's name and the products — one of the 50 native angles, each with a toggle and a preview. Up to 4 attempts, spaced across days.
  3. If the customer replies, the recovery agent takes over knowing the cart and the store's official link; out of scope, it hands off to your team.
  4. An order paid within 7 days gets the "Recovered" tag and the amount enters the scoreboard, by angle, by agent and by attempt.

50 angles, across 10 families

  • Help & Support
  • Reminder & Reservation
  • Incentive & Gift
  • Urgency & Scarcity
  • Social Proof & Trust
  • Consultative & Personalization
  • Price & Terms
  • Curiosity & Opening
  • Relationship & Human Tone
  • Seasonal & Restock

Turning on an angle creates the template in Meta without writing anything in the Manager. Each angle can be duplicated, edited or adjusted with AI — and they all feed the same scoreboard. Running 2 to 5 at the same time is what lets the scoreboard decide.

Post-sale and repurchase: the customer who bought doesn't vanish.

Every customer who pays enters the repurchase engine, with no list to build and no button to press. Over 20 ready-made strategies, turned on with a toggle — and factory protections so as not to bother whoever doesn't want it.

  • Post-delivery "Did everything arrive okay? How are you using it?" — a few days after the paid purchase.
  • How to use Four days after the tracking code: "do you know how to use it?" — before the question becomes a support ticket.
  • Restock by consumption Duration of one unit × units per package × quantity: each product has its own run-out date.
  • Second purchase Whoever bought once gets a reason for a second.
  • Vanished customer Win-back with spaced cadence; if it doesn't work, the last resort — and then the system stops.
  • VIP From the purchase that crossed the value the store set.
  • Back in stock · Price dropped Notifies whoever already bought, with the catalog and stock from Bling.
  • Coupon expiring · Dates · Seasonal The right reason at the right time.
  • Referral · Testimonial · Win-back And more — over 20 strategies, each with its own toggle.

Factory protections. At most one repurchase message per customer per day; minimum spacing between automatic messages (default: 3 days); time window; daily limit; an open conversation delays the send; a new purchase resets the sequence; "Do not disturb" applies to everything.

When the customer replies, the AI knows what they bought and what's running out, mentions at most one item per message — and if they say they still have it, it believes them and pauses. Refused the product? Only that sequence stops; the person doesn't go to "Do not disturb".

Your team handles support. The AI helps — or executes, where you decide.

  • Just helping: the salesperson leads; the AI fixes the text in the store's tone, answers questions about the company with the Brain and delivers the customer's history. You can use the platform just like that.
  • Handling and escalating: the agent replies in seconds, any time, and passes to the team in the situations you turn on — over 30 ready-made, like "asked for a human", "order didn't arrive", "asked for a discount outside policy".
  • Respecting the schedule: during the team's hours, the agent stays on reserve and only steps in if no one replies within X minutes. Outside them, it handles support right away.
  • Always in control: anyone takes over any of the agent's conversations with one click and hands it back later. The supervision shows the queue, who's been waiting and for how long, and what should have gone to a person and didn't.

Tell us about your store.

Platform, volume, channels, what the team does today. The demo is built on that — not on a generic script.

Your data stays in our own CRM — the same platform you are evaluating. After you send it, you continue on WhatsApp with the message ready.
